Neutrogena Visibly Firm Eye Cream

Kristin Guidi | Eye Cream, Neutrogena | Sunday, 21 December 2008

The Neutrogena Visibly Firm Eye Cream, 03 MEDIUM in particular, was pretty good. It improves skins elasticity and the skin around your eyes become nice and firm and smooth. What does the trick is its active copper formula, the copper id delivered deep in the skin’s surface, its absorbed quickly and won’t clog pores.

Neutrogena Healthy Volume Mascara

Kristin Guidi | MASCARA, Neutrogena | Sunday, 21 December 2008

This isn’t my favorite mascara but it’s okay. The Neutrogena Healthy Volume Mascara enhances your lashes, up to 400% according to Neutrogena. It has atouch of olive oil which penetrates and helps plump each lash. Gives great volume without any clumps, smudges or flaking. Comes in 3 shades.

Maybelline Express finish 50 Second Nail Color

Kristin Guidi | Maybelline, nail polish | Sunday, 21 December 2008

Okay, it’s 10 seconds faster than the advanced wear! But that’s not the main difference, the Express finish 50 Second Nail Color has more colors and is a bit less shiny.. The best thing to do with this is to apply a clear base coat first, then paint with one sweep, paint the center from base to tip and then after 50 seconds apply the color to the rest of the nail. Tada!

Maybelline Express Finish Advanced Wear Nail Color

Kristin Guidi | Maybelline, nail polish | Sunday, 21 December 2008

The Express Finish Advanced Wear Nail Color is alright, not as good as one other brand but it lives up to its word. It’s got an anti-chip formula, the brush is good too, and the best part of course is that it dries in 60 seconds! Comes in 10 shiny colors.

Maybelline Moisture Whip

Kristin Guidi | Maybelline, lip pencil | Sunday, 21 December 2008

Nice, but a little smeary. The Moisture Whip Lipcolor from Maybelline does hydrate and soothe the lips which is great, and the colors are good and long lasting. It has Vitamin E and Aloe Vera which is what gives up to 75% moisturizer and conditioners and the finish is nice and creamy. Comes in lots of colors.

Maybelline Wet Shine Diamonds Lipcolor Lipstick

Kristin Guidi | LIPSTICK, Maybelline | Sunday, 21 December 2008

As for the quality, Wet Shine Diamonds  Lipcolor Lipstick is pretty much the same as Wet Shine. The difference being the diamond effect. This gives you the super dazzling effect, its got diamond shine and pearl shine plus with the light-reflective radiance your lips really get noticed even from a far. I just really wished the packaging was different, looks a little like a cheap non-branded lipstick.

Maybelline Expert Wear Eye Shadow 8 Pan

Kristin Guidi | EYESHADOW, Maybelline | Sunday, 21 December 2008

The Expert Wear Eye Shadow comes in a single, duo, trio, quad and 8 pan. The 8 pan which is more convenient for getting many different looks comes in 8 neutral, 8 brown/beige and 8 blue/violet shades. Goes on well and not that flaky like other brands. Just a tad bit hard to smooth out.

Maybelline Ultra Liner Waterproof

Kristin Guidi | Eye Liner, Maybelline | Sunday, 21 December 2008

This is a great liner for that glam 50’s look since it’s brush on, you can really play around with it. The Ultra Liner Waterproof is waterproof and it doesn’t skip or smear thanks to the precision brush, but I did find it a little hard to get on.

Maybelline Express Eyeliner Pen

Kristin Guidi | Eye Liner, Maybelline | Sunday, 21 December 2008

The Express Eyeliner Pen from Maybelline is something that I have used before, it’s okay but doesn’t go on as well as some other brand, not that it goes on badly, just not quite as good. It’s safe for sensitive eyes and is also ophthalmologist-tested. Stays on pretty long and gives eyes nice definition.
